近年来,全球各国对工业产品的环保日益重视,在有毒有害物质含量、碳排放等方面做出了更加严格的要求,并体现在Ro HS、REACH、WEEE等检测标准的修订上。我国制造业产品在出口欧盟、美国时,常因为相关检测指标不合格而导致退货,造成经济损失。新的环保要求迫使企业加强质量管理,改变以往过分依赖事后检测的质量管控体制。为了提高产品质量管控水品,本文提出了一种多供应商的产品环保合规性评估方法及信息系统,从原材料采购开始,在生产制造的过程中监控并评估产品环保合规性指标,有利于企业从生产源头抓质量,有利于增加中国企业在国内及国际市场上的产品竞争力。
In recent years, all countries in the world have paid increasing attention to the environmental protection of industrial products, and have made stricter requirements on the content of toxic and harmful substances and carbon emissions, which are reflected in the revision of testing standards such as Ro HS, REACH and WEEE.
