伴随着外来务工人员数量的增加和在城市劳动者中比重的逐年上升,其劳动关系的稳定性直接影响着我国劳动力市场的稳定与和谐,劳动合同作为其中一个重要的因素影响着外来务工人员劳动关系的稳定性。本文根据劳动调研数据,从劳动合同的签订率、签订期限、拒签原因等几个方面探究了其对劳动关系稳定性的影响,指出其中的一些问题,提出相应对策建议。
