本文针对锻模的脆断和热磨损失效,提出了一种高温碳氮共渗直接淬火+高温回火的锻模碳氮共渗-强韧化复合处理工艺,并进行了对比试验。试样试验表明,新工艺的高温硬度、热循环稳定性、抗高温氧化性、室温磨损抗力以及室温和高温裂纹冲击韧性均有改善,热磨损抗力大幅度上升,但热疲劳抗力下降。生产应用表明,经新工艺处理的锻模,由于表层与心部性能有良好配合,平均寿命约提高50~200%。
In this paper, aiming at brittle fracture and hot wear failure of forging die, a kind of carbonitriding-toughening compounding process for direct die-quenching and high-temperature tempering of high temperature carbonitriding was put forward and comparative experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the high temperature hardness, thermal cycle stability, high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance at room temperature and impact toughness at room temperature and high temperature all improve, the thermal wear resistance increases greatly, but the thermal fatigue resistance decreases. Production applications show that the new process forging die, due to the surface and the heart of a good performance, the average life expectancy increased by about 50 ~ 200%.
