Abstracting biological events by means of mathematical modeling and revealing their occurrence and development mechanism will enable people to have a deeper understanding of the rules of biological events and thus provide more accurate scientific support for emergency preparedness and effective disposal of biological events. Biological defense capacity building is of great significance. This paper analyzes the application of mathematical theory as a research and analysis tool in the field of biological defense, and looks forward to the research trends in this field.
