随着经济社会的快速发展,广州已经进入新型城市化建设时期。从2009年开始的广州20个街道家庭综合服务中心试点,到2012年全面推进,广州居民将会享有社会工作者运用专业方法与技巧所开展的服务。通过大量的调查数据分析,我们提出了调整社区服务战略与完善社区服务内容的建议与对策,目的是为了充分调动社区资源,进一步发挥专业社会工作人才的积极作用,满足居民的需求。倡导在全社区社会服务工作中,形成具有广州特色,服务居民,造福社会,建构新型城市化的社区服务体系。
With the rapid economic and social development, Guangzhou has entered a new period of urbanization. From 2009, Guangzhou 20-street Family Integrated Service Center will be piloted and will be fully promoted by 2012. Guangzhou residents will enjoy the services provided by social workers using professional methods and techniques. Through a large amount of survey data analysis, we put forward suggestions and countermeasures to adjust the strategy of community service and improve the content of community service. The purpose is to fully mobilize community resources and further play the positive role of professional social workers to meet the needs of residents. Advocacy in the community service of social services, the formation of Guangzhou characteristics, service residents, the benefit of society, building a new urbanization community service system.
