钴铬钼合金的精密锻造工艺研究

  钴铬钼合金是具有优异的耐腐蚀性和生物相容性的可植入人体的假体金属材料,是高端骨科植入物的重要候选材料之一。在国外锻造钴铬钼合金已广泛使用,而在国内由于对钴铬钼合金棒材的制备工艺以及锻造工艺技术方面的短缺,应用有限。本文中,分别采用了进口钴铬钼合金和国产钴铬钼合金进行动态镦粗试验,确定了合适的变形温度和变形量。同时,在16000KN曲柄压力机上利用机械压力恒载荷方法成功实现进口、国产两种材料的人工关节的精密锻造,比较了其成形后的性能。结果表明,即使在相同的工艺条件下成形,国产材料锻后的延伸率明显低于进口材料。
