本文从广东省地震局继续工程教育的实际情况出发,并结合广东省继继教育的实例,从人才成长的动力探讨继续工程教育的动力。提出继续工程教育的动力分为内部动力和外部动力二个方面。内部动力分为:个人目的的追求——成就和竞争两个问题;外部动力分为:领导层的认识和推动;继续工程教育必须与科研、生产紧密结合;对科技人员要委以重任和奖励;教育管理部门要热心为科技人员的培训创造条件;以及政策的推动和立法等六个问题。
Based on the actual situation of continuing engineering education in Guangdong Seismological Bureau and combining with the examples of the follow-up education in Guangdong Province, this paper explores the motivation of continuing engineering education from the motivation of talent growth. The motivation of continuing engineering education is divided into two aspects: internal motivation and external motivation. Internal motivation is divided into: the pursuit of personal goals - achievement and competition two issues; external motivation is divided into: leadership awareness and promotion; continuing engineering education must be closely integrated with scientific research and production; scientific and technical personnel to be entrusted with the task and reward ; Education and management departments should be enthusiastic about creating conditions for the training of science and technology personnel; and policy promotion and legislation six issues.
