汽车轮胎在运行中被利物刺穿,通常用硫化补洞法由专业厂修补。一个20毫米左右的刺孔,修补费用需10~13元,且需10余天甚至更多时间。在硫化中,又会使帘线拉力降低。这种方法费时不经济,质量也存在问题。丹东第一运输公司周成敏同志,参考国内外轮胎的堵孔经验,搞出了一套轮胎补洞塞。用这种补洞塞半年来修补25毫米以下刺孔轮胎五十多条,这些轮胎至今已行驶四万多公里,没发现任何脱落及刺孔扩大现象。经验证明,这些补洞塞牢固地堵住了洞孔,并增强了帘线的抗折断能力,免受了泥砂、水气的侵蚀,很好地保护了胎体。这种轮胎补洞塞适于各种汽车、拖拉机的轮胎,修补又十分方便。尤其经济,一个小洞的修理费用在4元钱以下。因此,这种补洞塞深受广大司机和轮胎修理工的欢迎。
