针对客车车身结构的受力计算,本文提出了一种更符合实际结构的薄壁偏心梁单元。把实际结构存在的偏心距直接计入梁的有限单元刚度矩阵中,从而更有效地进行车身结构分析,为客车的设计提出更为可信的依据。本文给出一个实体车身的算例,证明了该薄壁偏心梁单元的工作性能是很好的。
According to the calculation of the bus body structure, this paper presents a thin-walled eccentric beam unit that is more in line with the actual structure. The eccentricity of the actual structure is calculated directly into the finite element stiffness matrix of the beam, so as to analyze the structure of the vehicle body more effectively and provide a more credible basis for the design of the passenger car. In this paper, an example of a solid body is given, which proves that the working performance of the thin-walled eccentric beam unit is very good.
