目的 了解检验科微生物污染情况 ,探讨最佳的化验单消毒方法。方法 对检验科各专业组室内空气、常用物品表面、工作人员双手、化验报告单表面等采样进行微生物检测并比较紫外线照射、福尔马林熏蒸、环氧乙烷及戊二醛熏蒸等 4种方法对化验单的消毒效果。结果 检验科空气含菌量、工作人员双手、常用物品和化验报告单表面带菌明显高于规定标准 ;化验单 4种消毒方法以戊二醛熏蒸最好。结论检验科的环境和工作人员双手的消毒在院内感染的控制中具有重要意义 ,发出的化验单应严格消毒。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in the laboratory and to explore the best method of laboratory disinfection. Methods The microbiological tests were carried out on the indoor air, the surface of commonly used articles, the hands of staff and the surface of the laboratory report in various specialized laboratories of the Laboratory and compared with the results of UV irradiation, formalin fumigation, ethylene oxide and glutaraldehyde fumigation Method of single disinfection test results. Results Laboratory airborne bacteria content, staff hands, commonly used items and laboratory report form surface was significantly higher than the prescribed standard; test single 4 kinds of disinfection to glutaraldehyde fumigation best. Conclusion The laboratory environment and disinfection of staff hands in the control of nosocomial infection is of great significance, issued a single test should be strictly disinfected.
