本文详述了集高强度、优良耐热性、耐化学腐蚀性以及宽频吸收于一体的、以SiC纤维作为增强材料和吸收剂的电磁波吸收体的研制过程,并作了电磁波衰减等测量。测试结果表明:作为吸收剂用的SiC纤维的电阻率ρ=10°~ 10~5Ω-cm为好,ρ=10~1~10~3Ω-cm为最佳。用这种SiC纤维编织层合为0.5mm厚的织物,与铝板组成电磁波吸收体,在8~16GHz的频率范围内,对电磁波的吸收大于10dB,最大值达25dB左右。
In this paper, the development of electromagnetic wave absorbers with high strength, excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and broadband absorption is reviewed. The electromagnetic wave absorber with SiC fibers as reinforcing material and absorber is developed. The test results show that the resistivity of SiC fibers used as absorbent is ρ = 10 ° ~ 10 ~ 5Ω-cm, and ρ = 10 ~ 10 ~ 3Ω-cm is the best. This kind of SiC fiber braid laminated to 0.5mm thick fabric, and the aluminum plate composed of electromagnetic wave absorbers, in the frequency range of 8 ~ 16GHz, the absorption of electromagnetic waves greater than 10dB, the maximum value of about 25dB.
