菜肴的造型艺术极似建筑设计师,一个是给冰冷的石头赋予生命力,一个是让盘中的食物鲜活起来。菜肴的造型,从早期的平面造型,到后来的向立体空间发展,不仅是越来越美了,而且还出现了很多让人惊喜的创意。在编辑金粤港大酒店的这几款菜时,我们从图片上忽然发现,这些菜品的装盘造型竟有点“高低桩”的味道。
