有不少企业,为什么商品销量总是上不去,久置柜台和仓库呢?一个重要的原因是没能避免无效需求。无效需求包括负面需求、未知需求、潜伏需求、衰减需求、顶端需求、有害需求等。一、避免负面需求这是相对于现实需求而言的。企业提供的产品得不到消费者宠爱,或是产品过时,或同类产品过多,或产品属性缺乏安全感,或在某一方面低“洋货”一档,以致消费者不屑一顾。在这种情况下,企业应采取“扭转性”销售策略,避免负面需求,在产品品质、价格、广告、文化积淀等
