目的:了解猕猴桃根多糖体内抑瘤作用,揭示猕猴桃根多糖抑瘤作用机制。方法:采用配伍组实验设计研究方法,对采用不同剂量用药组和对照组的小鼠抑瘤率及PCNA表达进行统计分析。结果:猕猴桃根多糖高剂量组PCNA表达率63.86%,猕猴桃根多糖中剂量组PCNA表达率50.22%,猕猴桃根多糖低剂量组PCNA表达率58.33%,香菇多糖对照组PCNA表达率55.11%,模型对照组PCNA表达率75.88%。结论:猕猴桃根多糖抗肿瘤注射剂对荷瘤小鼠的增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)阳性表达有剂量依赖性抑制作用。
Objective: To understand the antitumor effect of kiwifruit root polysaccharides in vivo and to reveal the mechanism of antitumor effect of kiwifruit root polysaccharides. Methods: The experimental group was designed to study the inhibitory rate of tumor and the expression of PCNA in mice of different dosage groups and control group. Results: The expression of PCNA was 63.86% in high-dose Kiwifruit high-dose group, 50.22% in medium-dose Kiwifruit polysaccharide group, 58.33% in low-dose Kiwifruit polysaccharide group and 55.11% in control group. The model control Group PCNA expression rate of 75.88%. Conclusion: Kiwifruit antitumor injection can inhibit the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in tumor-bearing mice in a dose-dependent manner.
