Last summer, at the invitation of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference on Agriculture and Rural Areas, went to Japan to study and treat the mountain water and inspect the progress of soil and water conservation in many mountainous areas from south to north. Here we introduce the occurrence of the disaster in Mt. Hokkaido that there was in recent years in Zhuhai, and the measures to take the mountain. Through this we can get a glimpse of the general appearance of Japan. There is Mount Pearl at 140 ° 50’E and 42 ° 32’N, with Lake Toya, Kotoda-cho, Sobetsu-cho, and Itami surrounded by the mountain. Pearl Hill is caused by the earthquake, rising from the ground to the surface of the viscous larger quartz andesite. This volcano, 725 meters above sea level, was formed by quaternary alluvial (10,000 years ago). Historically, the volcano erupts with spit fires and flooding. Debris flow disasters have occurred continuously, but the exact record is lacking. From the distribution of volcanic deposits to analyze, the reactivation of today’s volcano may be three or four hundred years ago to continue. Spitfire occurred in 1663, 1769, 1822, and 1853 AD, and occurred in 1910-1943-1945
