何学明:男,1966年出生,工学博士,公安海警高等专科学校机电管理系副教授。1989年7月在重庆大学获学士学位;1999年12月于国防科技大学获工学硕士学位;2007年6月在华中科技大学获工学博士学位。主要从事流体静力学、流体动力学、多体系统动力学、机电状态监测与故障诊断、自动化装备的控制等研究。曾从事载人航天工程地面设备总 He Xueming: Male, born in 1966, Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical and Electrical Management, Public Security Police College.
