通过对13个粗枝云杉家系选择优良单株扦插无性系化和采用强化培育技术培育2年后,调查观测各个无性系苗高、新梢长、一级侧枝数及主梢上芽数,利用标准差法筛选出优良无性系6个。研究结果表明,在选择优良单株无性系时,由于不同家系自身的生物学遗传特性,造成无性系苗期生长有明显差异。在择优良单株无性系时,必须创造更有利于苗木生长的优良家系单株无性系化,以加速选择进程和可靠性。无性系间生长性状的变异系数差异较大,其中一级侧枝数和主稍上的芽数的变异系数最大,表明这个性状进行无性系选择最有潜力。
After choosing the best cuttage clones of thirteen rugged spruce families and cultivating by fortified cultivation for two years, we investigated the height of shoots, shoot length, the number of first shoots and the number of shoots on the main shoots of each spruce family. The standard deviation method was used to screen 6 elite clones. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the seedling growth of clones when the superior clones were selected because of the biological genetic characteristics of different families. In selecting superior clones, it is essential to create clonal lines that are more favorable to the growth of elite pedigree families in order to speed up the selection process and reliability. The coefficient of variation of growth traits between clones was quite different, and the coefficient of variation of the number of shoots at primary and main shoots was the largest, indicating that this trait has the most potential for clonal selection.
