在法律服务国际化背境下,法律关系越来越复杂,国际化法律服务业对以外语为核心的复合型人才的需求有增无减,具有双语能力的法律人才供不应求。涉外法律人才培养目标的实现,很大程度上取决于对以“法律英语”为桥梁的双语教学模式的理论与实践的探讨。英美国家的判例法传统决定了法学专业英语教学中采用案例教学法的必要性与必然性。案例教学是提高“法律英语”教学质量和推动法律英语教学改革的有效措施,也是“法律英语”教学改革与发展的必然趋势。
With the internationalization of legal services, the legal relationship is more and more complicated. The demand of the international legal service industry for compound talents with foreign languages as core is on the increase. The legal professionals with bilingual ability are in short supply. The realization of the target of foreign legal talents depends largely on the discussion of the theory and practice of bilingual teaching mode based on “Legal English ”. The tradition of case law in Anglo-American countries determines the necessity and necessity of adopting case teaching in law English teaching. Case teaching is an effective measure to improve the teaching quality of “Legal English” and to promote the reform of legal English teaching. It is also an inevitable trend of “Legal English” teaching reform and development.
