目的:观察东菱克栓酶对大鼠胸主动脉球囊成形术后血管MAPK活性的影响。方法:测定大鼠胸主动脉球囊成形术后血管壁丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)和3H胸腺嘧啶(3HTdR)参入的结果,并与假手术组大鼠进行比较。结果:内皮剥脱术后,血管壁3HTdR参入和MAPK活性显著增加,东菱克栓酶可明显抑制上述反应。结论:提示MAPK参入大鼠胸主动脉球囊成形术后血管壁平滑肌细胞增殖,东菱克栓酶可通过抑制其活性增加而发挥抗平滑肌细胞增殖作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of tachykinase on the activity of MAPK after thoracic aortic balloon angioplasty in rats. Methods: The results of the incorporation of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and 3H-thymidine (3H-TdR) into the thoracic aorta after thoracic aorta balloon angioplasty were measured and compared with sham-operated rats. Results: Endothelial denuding, 3H-TdR vascular wall involvement and MAPK activity increased significantly, Tongling Ke acitrease can significantly inhibit the above reaction. Conclusions: It is suggested that MAPK participates in the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells after thoracic aortic balloon angioplasty in rat. Glutathione may play an important role in anti-proliferation of smooth muscle cells by inhibiting its activity.
