近年来,我国的体育事业发展迅猛,对体育的教育工作也受到了越来越多的关注。我国当前的体育教育理念是以终身体育为中心思想,以人的身心愉悦、身体健康为教育目标。但由于我国传统体育教育思想中过度依靠学校,忽略了家庭和社会的辅助作用,在一定程度上制约了终身体育的发展。因此,本文针对家庭体育、社会体育和学校体育的各自内涵及存在意义进行分析,并提出三者一体化的实施具体对策,以期为终身体育的发展奠定一定理论基础。
In recent years, the rapid development of sports in our country has drawn more and more attention to the education of sports. The current concept of physical education in our country is based on the idea of lifelong physical education and aims at the education of people with physical and mental pleasure and physical health. However, due to excessive reliance on schools in traditional Chinese sports education, neglecting the supporting role of family and society has restricted the development of lifelong sports to a certain extent. Therefore, this article analyzes the connotation and existing meaning of family sports, social sports and school physical education, and puts forward specific measures to implement the integration of the three in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of lifelong physical education.
