心电图巨大高T波在临床上并非少见,但因对T波高度的正常值缺乏统一标准,以至对心肌梗塞、脑血管疾患、电解质紊乱等一些疾病未能及时做出正确的判断。国内、外对巨大高T波在某些疾病中的表现逐渐引起重视。Dressler认为心电图出现巨大高T波,可能是心肌梗塞的最早期特征。Burch等发现脑血管患者具有巨大高T波的心电图变化。Merrill等经多年观察,认为血钾过高时,具有心电图的T波变化。我们在临床工作中除观察到上述同样现象外,同时亦发现正常人,尤其是有一定体育训练的人可出现巨大高T波。由此,对巨大高T波的临床意义有必要作进一步研究,以提高认识。
The huge high T wave of electrocardiogram is not uncommon in clinical practice, but due to the lack of a uniform standard for the normal T wave height, some diseases such as myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular disease and electrolyte disorders can not be correctly judged in time. At home and abroad, the performance of huge high T waves in some diseases gradually attracted attention. Dressler thinks a huge high T wave appears on the ECG, which may be the earliest sign of myocardial infarction. Burch et al found that patients with cerebrovascular disease have a huge high T wave ECG changes. Merrill, after many years of observation, that when the blood potassium is too high, with T wave ECG changes. In addition to the above observations we observed in our clinical work, we also found that people with normal high levels, especially those with certain physical training, may experience huge high T waves. Therefore, the clinical significance of the great high T wave is necessary for further study to raise awareness.
