目的:探讨新生儿温度测量临床应用的科学性和可行性。方法:对126例新生儿进行不同部位体温观测,比较不同情况下臀部皮温与腋温和肛温的关系。结果:不同一环境温度下相同部位体温比较,腋温、肛温及臀温差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);臀温与腋温比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。同一环境温度下相同部位体温比较,腋温、肛温及臀温差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:臀部皮肤测温法可替代腋温测量法,能客观地反映新生儿体温的实际情况。
Objective: To explore the scientific and feasibility of clinical application of neonatal temperature measurement. Methods: 126 cases of newborns were observed in different parts of the body temperature to compare the hip skin temperature and axillary and rectal temperature under different conditions. Results: Compared with body temperature at the same temperature at different ambient temperatures, axillary temperature, rectal temperature and hip temperature were significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between hip temperature and axillary temperature (P> 0.05). The body temperature at the same temperature in the same ambient temperature, axillary temperature, rectal temperature and buttock temperature difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The hip skin temperature measurement method can replace the axillary temperature measurement method, can objectively reflect the actual situation of the newborn body temperature.
