依据巷道围岩物理力学条件,结合数值模拟对复合顶板松软煤层巷道变形破坏机理进行分析,结果表明:巷道变形破坏原因主要是由于原有支护缺乏主动支护作用,复合顶板和松软煤帮物理力学性质差,在围岩应力作用下,顶板易离层、冒落,两帮易片帮、下沉,并且两者相互影响、相互作用。为此提出了在巷道掘进过程中采取的支护对策并对回采巷道进行合理支护设计。
According to the physical and mechanical conditions of roadway surrounding rock and the numerical simulation, the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway in compound roof with soft roof is analyzed. The results show that the reason of roadway deformation and failure is mainly due to the lack of active support of original support. Mechanical properties are poor, under the action of the surrounding rock stress, the roof is easy to separate from the layer and fall off, the two gangs are easy to help and sink, and the two interact and interact with each other. To this end, the support measures adopted in the tunneling process and the reasonable support design of the mining roadway are proposed.
