新区社工协会10年探索,其经验值得总结:一是政府要为社会组织、社会工作发展成长和发挥作用创造空间、创造环境、创造机会。二是社会组织、社会工作的发展必须更好地体现问题导向、需求导向、项目导向。三是要更加注重政社合作、政社互动,更加注重社会的全面进步。 After 10 years of exploration by the Social Workers Association of the New Zone, its experience deserves to be summed up as follows: First, the government should create space, create environment and create opportunities for social organizations and social work to grow and play their roles. Second, social organizations, the development of social work must better reflect the problem-oriented, demand-oriented, project-oriented. Third, we should pay more attention to the cooperation between government agencies and social service agencies, and pay more attention to the all-round social progress.
