含Cu钢热加工时易产生表面裂纹和边部缺陷,而Sn、Sb元素的加入又加剧了这种现象。对含Cu、Sn、Sb的耐酸钢边部缺陷产生的原因——铜脆现象进行了分析,通过添加适量稀土和相当于Cu当量1/7~1/5含量的Ni来消除边裂缺陷,同时采用高温快烧和保证炉膛呈还原性气氛也可减轻边裂缺陷。
Cu-containing steel is prone to surface cracks and edge defects during hot working, and the addition of Sn and Sb elements aggravates this phenomenon. The cause of copper edge defects of the acid-proof steel containing Cu, Sn and Sb was analyzed.
