目的研究复方姜黄胶囊对糖尿病肾病的作用机制,进行疗效观察并评价其在延缓发病,改善肾功能,减轻症状方面的作用和优势。方法雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分正常组和预造模组。对预造模组采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)50mg/kg腹腔1次注射造模。预造模组成模后再次随机分模型对照、药物对照、复方姜黄胶囊治疗高、低剂量组。其中正常组大鼠非取材死亡2只,模型组大鼠死亡3只;药物对照组死亡2只;治疗量高组死亡3只;量低组死亡3只,共剩余32只。各组灌胃,均为1次/d,连续7周。观察不同组间的空腹血清血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、Cr(肌酐)、胰岛素(INS)、C-肽、CK(肌酸激酶)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等项生化指标。结果复方姜黄胶囊对降低尿白蛋白排泄量(UAE),改善肾功能有良好的功效,能有效降低UAE和BUN、Cr含量,复方姜黄胶囊具有改善脂质代谢的作用,对影响DN进程中的FBG均有效,且呈现量效关系。结论复方姜黄胶囊通过降低血糖,降低肾小球高滤过,抑制肾脏肥大,抑制肾小球及基底膜(GBM)增厚,抑制系膜增生,改善脂质代谢等而起到治疗作用。
Objective To study the mechanism of compound turmeric capsule on diabetic nephropathy and to observe its effect and evaluate its effect and advantage in delaying the onset of disease, improving renal function and relieving symptoms. Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group and pre-made group. The pre-made model was injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin (STZ) 50mg / kg once. The pre-made model was randomly divided into model control, drug control and compound turmeric capsule treatment for high and low dose groups. Among them, 2 rats were killed in the normal group and 3 rats died in the model group; 2 rats died in the drug control group; 3 rats died in the high-dose group; and 3 died in the low-dose group, with a total of 32 remaining. Each group gavage, are 1 / d, for 7 weeks. The levels of fasting serum glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), insulin (INS), C- ), Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and other biochemical indicators. Results Compound turmeric capsule can reduce UAE and improve renal function, reduce the contents of UAE, BUN and Cr effectively. Compound turmeric capsule can improve lipid metabolism, FBG are effective, and showed a dose-effect relationship. Conclusion The compound turmeric capsule has a therapeutic effect by lowering blood glucose, reducing glomerular hyperfiltration, inhibiting renal hypertrophy, inhibiting the thickening of glomerular and basement membrane (GBM), inhibiting mesangial proliferation and improving lipid metabolism.
