广州机务段自1986年开始将油样光谱分析技术应用于机械设备的状态监测,几年来取得一些成效。自1988年1月至1989年7月仅对6台设备的统计,即节省停台时间160天,节省修理费22074元,提高设备利用率8.2%。现将我们的做法介绍如下。1.选择合适的机械设备油样光谱分析技术以磨损颗粒为监测对象,故在选择机械设备时,除应考虑选择那些利用率高、造价高等的大型、专用、单一设备外,特别应注意所选设备必须以磨损为主要失效形式。目前我段采用油样光
