目的进行持续质量改进,提高患者满意度。方法连续性排班,明确组长职责,配置助理护士加强基础护理,分层级、分阶段训练提高护理人员技术水平。结果经过质量改进循环后,2010年我科患者满意度比2009年患者满意度提高2.8%。患者住院过程中舒适度不断提高,护患距离缩短。结论持续质量改进是一个不断完善的过程,遵循持续护理质量改进原则,有助于实现护理质量的优效管理,提高患者满意度及护理质量。
Purpose Continuous quality improvement to improve patient satisfaction. Methods Continuous scheduling, a clear leader responsibilities, the deployment of assistant nurses to strengthen basic nursing, stratification, training in stages to improve the technical level of nursing staff. Results After the quality improvement cycle, in 2010 our patient satisfaction than in 2009 increased 2.8% patient satisfaction. Patients in the hospital during the continuous improvement of comfort, nurse-patient distance shortened. CONCLUSION Continuous quality improvement is a continuous improvement process. Following the principle of continuous nursing quality improvement helps to achieve effective management of nursing quality and improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
