本文首先分析了企业战略人力资源管理在绩效方面产生的影响。其次,结合本人实际工作经验,提出了利用战略人力资源管理为企业创造绩效的策略。
This paper first analyzes the impact of enterprise strategic human resource management in terms of performance. Secondly, combined with my own practical work experience, I put forward a strategy of using strategic human resource management to create performance for enterprises.
