客户忠诚建立在多个要素之上,而不仅仅是建立在商家对客户偏好的记录上。光有客户管理系统和大容量的数据库是远远不够的。要培育客户忠诚,需要深入了解客户忠诚的各个要素。
Customer loyalty is built on a number of elements, not just the business-to-customer preferences record. Just having a client management system and a large database is not enough. To foster customer loyalty requires in-depth understanding of all elements of customer loyalty.
