为了选育和筛选适宜湖南中烟贵州基地单元栽培的特色烤烟品种(系),在当地常规施肥水平及特色优质烟叶生产规范要求的等同条件下,采用品种(系)单因素随机区组设计,对比2010-6、2012Y17、2012Y15、AH1136、AH1139、AH1142、0906、0304、0502和K326(CK)共10个品种(系)的主要植物学特征、农艺性状、田间自然抗病性和经济性状的差异。结果表明:各品种(系)的主要植物学特征表现差异明显,田间长势均强,整齐度都好;0906节距偏小,叶位偏密;AH1139在产量、均价、产值和级指上均优于CK,有显著差异,AH1136和2010-6优于CK,但无显著差异;AH1139赤星病抗性最好,其余品种(系)和CK差异不大。AH1139在该试验区域适应性最好、经济价值最高、发展和培育潜力最大,AH1136及2010-6次之,3个品种(系)可以进一步试验或升级研究。
In order to select and select suitable flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines) which are suitable for unit cultivation of base of Hunan Tobacco in Hunan Province, single factor randomized block design of varieties (lines) was used under the same conditions of conventional fertilization and the requirements of producing high quality tobacco. The main botanical characteristics, agronomic traits, natural disease resistance and economic traits of 10 varieties (lines) of 2010-6, 2012Y17, 2012Y15, AH1136, AH1139, AH1142, 0906, 0304, 0502 and K326 (CK) difference. The results showed that the main botanical characteristics of all varieties (lines) showed obvious differences. The field grew well and the uniformity was good. The 0906 was smaller in pitch and the leaf position was more dense. The yield, average price, Were superior to CK, there are significant differences, AH1136 and 2010-6 better than CK, but no significant difference; AH1139 brown spot resistance is the best, the rest of the varieties (lines) and CK little difference. AH1139 has the best adaptability in the experimental area, the highest economic value, and the highest potential for development and cultivation. The AH1136 and 2010-6 times, three varieties (lines) can be further tested or upgraded.
