本文研究了无钟炉顶中炉料运动过程,认为高炉料面形状由炉料从旋转溜惯端口抛出到落在料面所走路线一炉料运行轨迹所决定。根据轨迹方程可确定炉料堆尖位置并通过炉料运行状态计算值得出炉料流动速度与溜槽倾角等相互关系。
In this paper, the process of charge movement in bellless furnace roof is studied. It is considered that the shape of blast furnace charge surface is determined by the charge orbit of a charge which is thrown from the rotating slippery port to a line which falls on the charge level. According to the trajectory equation, the location of the heap tip of the charge can be determined and the relationship between the flow rate of the charge and the inclination of the chute can be obtained through calculation of the operating state of the charge.
