本文回顾性总结了168例口腔颌面部血管瘤的手术治疗经验.其中大部病例进行了术后随访,对手术设计,术后效果作了说明,提出了采用合理的手术设计、熟练的手术操作方法,对早期手术切除较好.并提出未发现因年龄增长而血管瘤自行消失的病例,而是随年龄增长血管瘤也不断增大,给以后的手术带来困难的论点. This article retrospectively summarizes the surgical treatment experience of 168 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas. The majority of cases were followed up for postoperative follow-up. The surgical design and postoperative results were described. Proper surgical design and skilled surgery were proposed. The method of operation is better for early surgical resection, and proposes that no cases of hemangiomas disappearing on their own due to age increase, but with increasing age hemangiomas also continue to increase, giving later surgery a difficult argument.
