目的探讨三明市疾控中心绩效考核工作情况及评估分析,为绩效考核工作的实施提供有益资源。方法依据卫生部印发《各级疾病预防控制机构基本职责》和《疾病预防控制工作绩效考核标准》,采取回顾性调查和实证分析方法,分析评价2009年三明市疾控中心绩效考核工作情况。结果 2009年三明市疾控中心绩效考核工作,领导重视、精心准备、科学安排、集中力量,取得了较好的工作成效,但仍存在少数数据填报不完整、部分材料有出入等有待进一步完善的问题。结论三明市疾控中心绩效考核工作,通过建立和完善绩效考核工作机制,不断提高履行基本公共职能和效能,绩效考评各项工作进程推动了中心发展,促进了疾控体系的可持续发展。
Objective To investigate the performance appraisal and analysis of Sanming CDC, to provide useful resources for the implementation of performance appraisal. Methods According to the “Basic Responsibility of Disease Prevention and Control Institutions at All Levels” and “Performance Evaluation Criteria for Disease Prevention and Control” issued by the Ministry of Health, a retrospective survey and empirical analysis were conducted to analyze and evaluate the performance appraisal of the CDC in Sanming in 2009. Results In 2009, the performance evaluation of Sanming Municipal CDC led the leaders to carefully prepare, scientifically arrange and concentrate their efforts and achieved good results. However, there were still some problems, such as incomplete reporting of some data, some discrepancies of materials, etc., to be further improved problem. Conclusion Sanming CDC performance appraisal work, through the establishment and improvement of performance appraisal mechanism, and constantly improve the performance of basic public functions and performance, performance appraisal of the work process to promote the development of the center, and promote the sustainable development of disease control system.
