通过对奥氏体不锈钢离心铸坯不同位置成分值的测定,分析讨论了各元素产生偏析的规律和原因。合金元素在离心力场中形成的异相质点与钢液密度不同表现出上下加重运动以及由于溶质分配不均匀性的不平衡结晶而导致成分偏析。
Through the determination of the composition values of the different positions of the austenitic stainless steel slab, the rules and causes of segregation of each element were analyzed and discussed. Alloying elements formed in the centrifugal force of the heterogeneous particles and molten steel density showed up and down aggravating movement and due to uneven distribution of solute imbalance caused by crystallization of components segregation.
