粮食中黄绿青霉素的高效液相色谱法检测

目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测粮食中黄绿青霉素(citreoviridin,简称CIT)的含量,用于评价粮食受青霉菌污染程度。方法用CIT纯品污染粮样,再用二氯甲烷提取、过滤,过4cm硅胶柱,用乙酸乙酯∶正己烷(7∶3,V/V)洗脱,60℃氮气吹干,HPLC检测。结果最低检出量为8ng,线性、重复性良好,回收率较高。结论文中报告的方法可用于地方病区粮食黄绿青霉素污染水平的检测、评价。 Objective To determine the content of citreoviridin (CIT) in food by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and to evaluate the degree of contamination of food by penicillium. Methods The samples were contaminated with pure CIT, extracted with dichloromethane, filtered, passed through a 4cm silica gel column, eluted with ethyl acetate: n-hexane (7: 3, v / v) . Results The minimum detectable quantity was 8ng, with good linearity, good reproducibility and high recovery. Conclusion The method reported in the paper can be used for the detection and evaluation of the level of food contamination of penicillin in endemic areas.
