[目的]探讨不同施氮方法对春玉米生育后期穗位叶酶活性的影响。[方法]采用盆栽方法,测定了春玉米穗位叶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白含量。[结果]在春玉米灌浆期和蜡熟期增加施氮量,春玉米穗位叶的MDA含量逐渐下降,SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量随之提高。施用等量氮肥的条件下,2次追施氮肥的穗位叶MDA含量低于1次追施氮肥的,SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量高于1次追施氮肥的。[结论]不同施氮方法对春玉米穗位叶的MDA含量、SOD活性、POD)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量均有较为明显的影响,对防止春玉米早衰具有一定的指导意义。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of different nitrogen application methods on enzyme activity of ear position spring in late growth period of spring maize. [Method] The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble protein in spring maize were determined by pot culture method. [Result] The results showed that the content of MDA in the ear leaves of spring maize decreased gradually and the activities of SOD, POD and the content of soluble protein increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate at the filling stage and wax maturity of spring maize. Under the condition of applying the same amount of nitrogen fertilizers, the content of MDA and the content of soluble protein of SOD and POD were higher than those of the topdressing one at the top of two topdressing nitrogenous fertilizers. [Conclusion] The different nitrogen application methods had obvious effects on the MDA content, SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content in the ear leaves of spring maize, which could be instructive for preventing the premature failure of spring maize.
