文章介绍了采用TI公司的MSP430F系列单片机设计的液体点滴速度监控系统。该系统实现了单点和多点的输液过程的自动控制,并对异常情况进行报警。信号传感方式采用了红外光电传感器,通过软硬件滤波消除杂散光干扰;原始信号的处理采用了锁相环倍频技术从而提高了采样速度并缩短系统调整时间。另外,通过下位机与上位机之间的串行通信,系统还实现对多台下位机进行远程监控与管理。
This article introduces the liquid drip speed monitoring system designed by TI’s MSP430F series microcontroller. This system has realized the automatic control of the single-point and multi-point infusion process, and alarms the abnormal situation. Signal sensing using infrared photoelectric sensors, through the elimination of hardware and software filtering stray light interference; the original signal processing phase-locked loop multiplier technology to improve the sampling speed and shorten the system to adjust the time. In addition, through the serial communication between the lower computer and the upper computer, the system also realizes the remote monitoring and management of multiple lower computers.
