采用基于半导体光放大器(SOA)的“8”字腔激光器结构,当SOA的驱动电流是220mA时,通过调整腔内的偏振控制器(PC),产生脉冲宽度分别是74ns和20ns,重复频率分别是9MHz(基频)和33.4MHz(二倍频)的暗脉冲。改变SOA在非线性放大环镜(NALM)中的位置,暗脉冲的脉宽也有相应的改变。
