As for the drama policy of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and its implementation, few people have ever discussed it. Occasional references are inevitable. Based on the rules and regulations of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, this article investigates the opera activities in different regions and stages, and holds the view that although the drama policy of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom has its religious and political purposes, it has not been completely banned from the very beginning but banned At the same time, as the situation changes, the traditional Chinese opera policy has also been adjusted correspondingly in different regions and stages. The reason for this is fundamentally that the leaders of the Taiping Heaven and Earth have been hovering between religious paranoia and drama enthusiasm.
