目的对丹江库区不同环境鼠种群体内携带寄生虫情况进行调查研究。方法采用鼠笼法、鼠夹法隔夜捕获鼠类,进行鼠群种类、鼠龄、性别鉴定和体内寄生虫检验。结果共捕获各种老鼠355只,查到体内感染有肝毛细线虫的老鼠32只,体内肝毛细线虫感染率为9.01%,平原的家栖鼠肝毛细线虫感染率高于山区鼠。结论家栖鼠感染率较高,应警惕人肝毛细线虫病的发生流行。
Objective To investigate the status of parasites carried by different environmental mouse populations in Danjiang reservoir area. Methods Squirrel-cage method and mouse-clamp method were used to capture the rats overnight for species, age, sex and in vivo parasite test. Results A total of 355 mice were captured. 32 mice were infected with hepatic capillary nematodes in vivo. The infection rate of hepatic capillary nematodes in vivo was 9.01%. The infection rate of hepatic capillary nematodes in domestic animals was higher than that in mountainous mice. Conclusion The infection rate of domesticated rats is higher, so we should guard against the prevalence of human hepatic capillary nematodes.
