选用中黄24×华夏3号衍生的含有169个F7:8株系的重组自交系群体进行大豆生育期与农艺性状及各农艺性状间的相关分析。结果表明:营养生长期与株高、主茎节数、分枝数、荚数呈极显著正相关,与百粒重呈极显著负相关;生殖生长期与分枝数、荚数呈极显著负相关,与百粒重呈显著正相关;全生育期与株高、主茎节数、分枝数、荚数均呈极显著正相关。株高与主茎节数、分枝数、百粒重均呈极显著正相关,主茎节数与分枝数、有效荚呈极显著正相关,分枝数与百粒重呈极显著负相关。因此,从生育期的角度进行选种时,可以适当选择营养生长期较长,生育期结构又比较合理的品种,在以提高大豆产量为目标时,要综合考虑各种限制因素,选择植株高度和分枝数适中、结荚数多,同时兼顾百粒重较大的类型。
