目的研究探讨磁共振动态增强、扩散加权成像联合应用于早期前列腺癌中的诊断价值。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的45例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用磁共振动态增强、扩散加权成像扫描诊断,观察患者的影像学表现,并根据诊断结果对其进行临床分期,以患者的病理分期为对照,判断其诊断的准确性。结果所有45例前列腺癌患者经术后病理诊断,则≤B期、C期、D期的患者各有11、23、11例,经MRI分期则各有9、23、13例,各期患者的诊断准确率分别为81.8%、87.0%、90.9%,总诊断准确率为86.7%。随着病理分期的升高,有ADC值不断降低的情况,各期患者的ADC值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过磁共振动态增强扫描联合扩散加权成像技术诊断前列腺癌的分期效果好,准确率高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic enhancement of magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis of early-stage prostate cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients were diagnosed by MR dynamic enhanced diffusion-weighted imaging scanning and the imaging findings of the patients were observed. According to the diagnostic results The clinical staging of patients with pathological staging as a control to determine the diagnostic accuracy. Results All 45 cases of prostate cancer were diagnosed postoperatively, there were 11,23 and 11 cases of ≤B, C and D, respectively. There were 9, 23 and 13 cases by MRI, The diagnostic accuracy rates were 81.8%, 87.0%, 90.9%, respectively, and the overall diagnostic accuracy was 86.7%. With the increase of pathological stage, there is a continuous decrease of ADC value, and the ADC value of each stage has a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The staging of prostate cancer by dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging is effective and accurate, which is worthy of clinical application.
