目的通过品管圈活动,减少门诊药房近效期药品出现件数,提高药品质量。方法将品管圈活动应用于门诊药房近效期药品的控制,分析出现近效期药品的原因,制订相应的对策。总结活动开展前后的结果并评估有形成果(改善情况)和无形成果(圈员能力评分)。结果开展品管圈活动后,门诊药房出现近效期药品几率明显下降,由开展前的48.5件/季下降到开展后的17件/季,圈员能力评分由平均3~4分上升到4~5分。结论品管圈活动可用于药房管理并能发现及解决问题,使药房的服务质量得以持续改进,降低药房近效期药品数,保证药品质量和临床用药安全。
Objective To improve the quality of medicines by reducing the number of drugs appearing in out-patient pharmacies during the period of quality control activities. Methods The QA activities were applied to the control of near-term drugs in outpatient pharmacies, the reasons for the emergence of near-term drugs and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated. Summarize the results before and after the activity is carried out and assess the tangible outcomes (improvement) and intangible outcomes (severance scores). Results After conducting QA activities, the probability of near-term drugs in outpatient pharmacies decreased markedly from 48.5 cases / quarter prior to the launch to 17 cases / quarter after the start-up. The ability of circle employees increased from an average of 3-4 points to 4 ~ 5 points. CONCLUSION Quality control activities can be used in pharmacy management to identify and resolve problems, to continuously improve the quality of pharmacy services, to reduce the number of drugs in near-term pharmacies, and to ensure the quality of medicines and the safety of clinical medication.
