经济衰退与复苏的过程中,房地产投资在国民经济领域中的重要作用愈发凸显,但对房地产投资理论的梳理和总结却显得不足。系统整理近些年来的房地产投资理论,将其主要研究成果划分为三个方面,即房地产投资与宏观经济的关系研究、房地产投融资方式探讨以及房地产投资的项目管理方法等三个方面,分别加以论述,以期发挥其理论与实践意义。
