对面神经麻痹预后的判断,除参考临床指标外,要靠电检查(肌电图和神经兴奋性试验)。近年Blatt及东辻英郎等提出用测定颌下腺流量及唾液pH值估测面神经麻痹的预后,方法简便易行。 唾液分泌功能取决于面神经鼓室乳突部节前副交感纤维的完好。这些纤维位于面神经断面的外围部分。当面神经管内压力增加时,这部分纤维最易受累。
