目的:考察活血化瘀类方乙醇洗脱部位对血小板聚集的影响。方法:采用新西兰白兔血浆进行活血化瘀类方乙醇洗脱部位对血小板聚集影响的检测,同时对此类方中的不同成分进行血小板抑制率检测。结果:活血化瘀类方的乙醇洗脱部位中,对血小板聚集有抑制作用的部位集中在10%-50%乙醇洗脱部位。60%-95%乙醇洗脱部位对血小板聚集均没有显著影响。每张方都有抑制血小板聚集的成分存在。结论:活血化瘀类方各组分在不同乙醇洗脱部位含量各有不同,导致各组分在不同乙醇洗脱部位的比例不同,表现出的药理效应也不同。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ethanol elution fractions on platelet aggregation in blood circulation and blood stasis class. Methods: New Zealand white rabbits plasma was used to test the effect of ethanol elution on the aggregation of platelets. Meanwhile, the inhibitory rates of platelet in different kinds of prescriptions were determined. Results: In the area of ethanol elution from Huoxue Huayu Decoction, the sites with inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation were concentrated in 10% -50% ethanol elution sites. Elution fractions of 60% -95% ethanol had no significant effect on platelet aggregation. Each side has the inhibition of platelet aggregation components exist. CONCLUSION: The content of each component of Huoxuehuayu prescription varies in different elution fractions of ethanol, resulting in different proportions of components in different elution fractions of ethanol and different pharmacological effects.
