研究了压铸自动浇注工艺和控制原理,指出现有浇注控制策略存在的缺陷和不足,以变流量增压浇注和铝液质量偏差反馈改进了传统的失重配比控制,并借助FX系列PLC和King View开发了适于压铸FMS的全自动智能浇注控制系统。试验表明,变气体流量浇注精度最高,铸件给定不超过0.01 kg;以压铸件质量偏差作为主反馈的控制精度最高,以改进的浇注控制方案为最优,不超过0.05 kg。
The automatic pouring process and control principle of die casting are studied. The defects and insufficiencies of the existing pouring control strategy are pointed out. The traditional weight loss ratio control is improved by variable flow casting and aluminum mass deviation feedback. With the help of FX series PLC and King View has developed a fully automatic, intelligent pouring control system for die-casting FMS. Experiments show that the variable gas flow casting accuracy is the highest, the castings are given no more than 0.01 kg; the casting die quality deviation as the main feedback control accuracy is the highest, and the improved pouring control scheme is the best, less than 0.05 kg.
