通过陶瓷内衬复合弯管的制备,研究了AlFe2O3系重力分离SHS技术的合成工艺参数。发现Fe2O3粒度较小时能有效促进SHS反应转化率,但使反应蔓延速率有所降低;铝热剂的装料密度对燃烧过程具有双重影响;对反应物料进行适当预热处理可极大促进燃烧过程,但预热温度过高,将造成铝热剂中CrO3添加剂分解而影响燃烧特性。在Fe2O3粒度为-250目~+350目、装料密度为15g/cm3和预热温度为150℃条件下,用重力分离SHS法制备的陶瓷内衬复合弯管的各项力学性能均达到较佳值。
Through the preparation of ceramic-lined composite elbow, the synthesis process parameters of gravity-separated SHS of Al-Fe2O3 system were studied.
