目的:了解卷烟制造行业烟草尘的污染情况,找出烟草尘危害的关键控制点,并提出防护对策。方法:采用现场劳动卫生学调查和作业场所烟草尘监测相结合的方法。结果:场地吹扫作业时各监测点烟草尘短时间接触浓度范围为:检出限~21 mg/m3,中位数为6.6 mg/m3,合格率为40%,最大超标倍数达5.2倍。结论:利用吹扫方式对场地进行清扫可导致烟草尘浓度超标严重,吹扫作业是卷烟制造行业烟草尘危害的关键控制点。建议企业改变清扫方式,以吸尘方式代替气流吹扫方式。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the pollution of tobacco dust in the cigarette manufacturing industry, identify the key control points of the harm of tobacco dust, and propose countermeasures. Methods: A combination of on-site labor hygiene survey and workplace tobacco dust monitoring was used. Results: The concentration range of short-term exposure to tobacco dust at each monitoring spot during the site purging operation was: detection limit of ~ 21 mg / m3, median of 6.6 mg / m3, pass rate of 40% and maximum exceeding standard multiple of 5.2 times. Conclusion: The cleaning of the site by means of purging can lead to severe over-standard tobacco dust concentration. The purge operation is the key control point of tobacco dust hazard in the cigarette manufacturing industry. It is recommended that enterprises change the way of cleaning to replace the airflow purging way with vacuuming.
